How It Works
Upload an existing video and your brand logo. The platform validates your video against Walmart's technical specs (format, resolution, codec, duration, letterboxing, black frames) and creates three ad-unit formats: Check-in Video, Brandbox Desktop Video, and Brandbox App Video. The video itself is not AI-generated or modified.
How to Use
Step 1: Connect your Walmart account
Same one-time setup as image creatives.
Step 2: Upload your video and logo
Accepts MP4 and MOV (max 500 MB). Logo in PNG or JPEG. Optionally fill in headline, subhead, and CTA during creation.
Step 3: Wait for validation
The platform inspects your video automatically. If it fails, you'll see each issue with expected vs. actual values.
Step 4: Edit your creative
Use the tool panel (Video, Text, Logo) to update fields. Click individual ad units to override text per placement.
Step 5: Preview and submit
Check the readiness checklist, then submit. Upload and approval takes 7 to 13 minutes. Track status and reviewer feedback in the platform.

- Format: MP4 or MOV
- Duration: 5 to 30 seconds
- Size: 500 MB max
- Resolution: 1920×1080 to 3840×2160
- Captions: required for spoken word
Best Practices
- Show your product in the first 3 seconds.
- Optimize for muted playback. Videos play on mute by default.
- End with your brand logo for seamless looping.
- Keep text readable on mobile.
- Subheads must end with
.,!,?, or*. - Video CTAs max at 12 characters (shorter than image's 16).
